Please note that Housing by ARC, Inc. does not determine eligibility for services.  Housing by ARC, Inc. admits new participants only after the Regional Office of Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) determines eligibility.  Carroll County is serviced by Region 6 Field Office of DBHDD.
