“I would like to sing my praises for all the hard work and amazing care given to our special needs guys and girls. My daughter has been in their programs and Day Center. She also attended respite. Now she is in an amazing group home under Housing by ARC. The Richards Respite Home is a wonderful, safe and happy place for your loved one to enjoy. It also gives parents or caregivers a much needed break. The Group Home my daughter is in is close by me, and I can visit any time or bring her home for family visits. She is very happy in her group home and very well looked after. I have had a journey looking for the appropriate situation for my daughter who is now 54 yrs old. With the grace of God and these amazing people who care, I found the best place ever for her. Also the Carroll County Training Center is top of the list. Whenever I go there I have a great feeling to see all the clients happy and busy in their different activities. Carroll County is blessed to have these establishments they are the cream of the crop.
