Careers with Advocates for Remarkable Citizens

Since 1972, we have been advocates for citizens with Developmental Disabilities.  HARC maintains three exceptional homes that provide Alternative Community Living for adults with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DD/IDD). Additionally; we have a temporary stay Respite Home which provides families a break from the full-time responsibility of caring for their loved ones with disabilities.  

PCA positions require the employee to be highly involved with frequent hands on assistance with everyday activities in the lives of adults with intellectual, developmental and/or physical disabilities. 

PCA's should be energetic and demonstrate compassion and patience.

We are looking for dependable team players that will respect the human rights of these individuals and ensure that their home life is safe, enriching and enjoyable.
